  5. The AccountFlex Accounts Payable module tracks amounts owed to vendors and
  6. permits automatic or manual application of payments to specific invoices. This
  7. module is compatible with Informix, SCO Integra, SUN Netisam, or Infoflex
  8. databases and, if necessary, can be customized by our staff. Features include
  9. recurring expenses, open-item and balance-forward account, unlimited partial
  10. payments for any invoice, and manual and voided checks. Accounts Payable prints
  11. the Aged Trial Balance report by transaction date range and prints reports for
  12. all vendors or for a range of vendors. It allows new months transactions to be
  13. entered before posting last months, runtime selection of aging periods for Aged
  14. Trial Balance, posting of invoices to any period in any year, and prepayment of
  15. invoices. Account Payable maintains Check Register and allows Reversal of
  16. previously posted Checks. Demo disks and source code are available for UNIX,
  17. DOS, or VMS.
